End User License Agreement (EULA)

Please read this End User License Agreement (“EULA”) carefully before accessing or using any digital content, downloads, or proprietary tools (collectively referred to as the “Software”) provided by Hustle Sports Group, LLC (“us,” “we,” “our”). This EULA contains important information regarding your rights and limitations in connection with our digital properties.
Your access to and use of the Software is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with this EULA. This agreement applies to all users, including but not limited to athletes, partners, clients, and others accessing or interacting with the Software.
By accessing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree with any part of this EULA, you are not permitted to use the Software.
License Rights
Hustle Sports Group, LLC grants you a non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to access and use the Software for internal business and commercial purposes only, subject to this EULA. You may not:
- Reproduce, copy, or distribute the Software;
- Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Software;
- Use the Software for personal or non-commercial purposes;
- Sell, sublicense, or transfer the Software to a third party without our written permission.
All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Hustle Sports Group, LLC.
Warranty
NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) SHALL APPLY TO THE SOFTWARE, WHETHER ARISING BY LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, OR OTHERWISE. Hustle Sports Group, LLC does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free functionality and makes no guarantees about accuracy, uptime, or performance.
Maximum Liability
The aggregate liability of Hustle Sports Group, LLC arising out of or relating to this agreement or your use of the Software shall be limited to the total fees (if any) paid by you to Hustle Sports Group, LLC for the Software.
Dispute Resolution
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
YOU AND HUSTLE SPORTS GROUP, LLC AGREE that all claims must be brought individually, and not as part of any class or representative action.
Changes to this EULA
We reserve the right to update or change this EULA at any time. It is your responsibility to review this agreement periodically. Continued use of the Software constitutes your acceptance of any modifications.
